New viruses and spywares appear every hour and it is very important to be protected from the most recent viruses. NictaTech Virus Lab issues updates of virus definitions base hourly. And you can help us, our users, and yourself by sending the files that you suspect to be virus-infected .
If you suspect that some file on you computer is a virus, but your anti-virus doesn't detect it, please do the following:
- Update your anti-virus.
- Check suspicious file once again. If your anti-virus still fails to detect it as a virus
- ZIP (RAR) suspicious file.
Maximum file size : 10Mb
Our official response time for virus samples is 48 hours (excluding weekends). This time may be extended when samples need to be analysed by a senior researcher.
